About the tournament
Participants:
- Two teams from the Upper Division of Season 2 of previous DPC season;
- Four teams from the Lower Division of Season 2 of previous DPC season;
- Two teams from the Closed Qualifier.
Format:
- Single round-robin;
- All matches are Bo3;
- Top two teams are qualified to Division I for the next tour;
- Bottom two teams are eliminated;
- Remaining teams remain in current division for the next tour.
Tiebreakes rules:
- Two-way tie: Bo3;
- Three-way or more tie: Bo1.
