Participants:

  • Two teams from the Upper Division of Season 2 of previous DPC season;
  • Four teams from the Lower Division of Season 2 of previous DPC season;
  • Two teams from the Closed Qualifier.

Format:

  • Single round-robin;
  • All matches are Bo3;
  • Top two teams are qualified to Division I for the next tour;
  • Bottom two teams are eliminated;
  • Remaining teams remain in current division for the next tour.

Tiebreakes rules:

  • Two-way tie: Bo3;
  • Three-way or more tie: Bo1.
