MESA Champions: Winter is the tournament in the Mesa Champions Series that will determine Mongolia's representative at the IESF 2024 IESF Cybersports World Championships in Busan, South Korea.

Double-elimination bracket;
all matches except the grand final are Bo3;
Grand final - Bo5.
