Group Stage - 29.10.2021 - 08.11.2021
- Single round-robin
- All Bo2 matches.
- The top four teams advance to the top set of playoffs
- Teams from 5th to 8th place go to the lower playoff grid.
- Last team eliminated
Replay rules:
- Head-to-head result.
- By the number of wins with the score 2:0
- For games against teams starting from 1st place.
In case of replay for 3 or more teams, there will be one round of bo1 matches between each other. If it does not allow to determine the best, the dispute will be solved by a coin toss in the lobby.

- Double-elimination grid
- All matches except the Grand Final are Bo3.
