About the tournament
LATAM Rookie Challenge is a Tier 4 online tournament in South America. This tournament is made possible and organized thanks to Community Gaming.
Participants:
- 4 invited teams
- 4 open qualifier teams
Group Stage:
- Two groups of four teams in a GSL format, all matches are Bo1
- Top two teams from each group advance to the playoffs
- Bottom two teams from each group are eliminated
Playoffs:
- Double-elimination bracket
- Grand Final is Bo5, all other matches are Bo3
