History
Qhali is a South American team that was formed in 2022.
The initial roster of Qhali, consisting of relatively unknown Peruvian players, emerged during the first open qualifiers for the South American region in the 2021/2022 DPC league season. Qhali successfully advanced to the closed qualifiers on their first attempt, eventually securing a slot in the second division of South America through the lower bracket.
In the DPC league, the team managed to defeat only the clear underdogs of that round, losing in all other series. As a result, they had to fight for the right to remain in the second division in tiebreakers against Balrogs and Gorillaz-Pride. The mix succeeded in defeating both opponents, allowing them to retain their spot in the South American DPC league. Subsequently, the team participated in the qualifiers for The International 2022 but was eliminated in the first round.
In 2024, the team introduced a new roster: Sh1do took the carry position, S1RENM took the mid, ArzenT took the third position, and Pablo and Bas shared the duties of the supports. With the revamped roster, the team headed to the European Pro League World Series America Season 11.
A little later, the team changed again and went to the qualifiers for the Riyadh Masters 2024 and The International 2024 in a completely different form, but, unfortunately, the reshuffle did not bring a place in any of the tournaments.
