Maxim Re1bl Afanasiev is a Russian Dota 2 midranger. He is the champion of Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 5. His signature heroes are Storm Spirit and Templar Assassin.

Re1bl started his cybersport career in the winter of 2019. Playing for various "mixes", in the summer of 2020 he was noticed in Winstrike Team, which he joined in July. With the new midrider, the team was able to qualify for ESL One Germany 2020, but at the tournament itself it took 12-14th place. Before the start of the new DPC season in 2021, re1bl and company played at EPIC League Division 2, where they reached the 7th-8th position.

After qualifying for the first round of regional leagues, Winstrike Team made it to ESL One CIS Online Season 1: Lower Division, where they finished in second place. After qualifying for ESL One Eastern Europe Online Season 2: Upper Division, before the start of the regular season, the Russian team played at Snow Sweet Snow #2 and EPIC League Season 3 Division 1, where they reached the 7th-8th position. At ESL One Eastern Europe Online Season 2: Upper Division Winstrike Team failed to show a decent result, finishing in seventh place. After failing to qualify for ESL One Summer 2021, re1bl and company performed well at the Pinnacle Cup, putting up a serious fight against Team Spirit in the finals. At the qualifiers for The International 2021, the team took 9-12th place, losing to Team Empire with a score of 0:2. After re1bl left the Russian club and continued to play in various "mixes". In September 2021, our hero moved to HellRaisers.

Re1bl helped the old roster of the team to take the second place at Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 3, after which all the players of the Ukrainian club went inactive. The management of the organization decided to build the roster around our hero, and therefore his new teammates were young and promising cyber athletes like him - watson, Limitless, Gilgir and malady. With this roster HellRaisers won their first tournament - Dota 2 Champions League 2021 Season 5.

In 2023, Re1bl played as a substitute in the Entity team for ESL One Kuala Lumpur, but unfortunately the team failed to qualify for the LAN tournament.

In January 2024, Maxim joins Chimera. Together with it he participates in qualifications for BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024, DreamLeague Season 22 and ESL One Birmingham 2024 tournaments. But the team achieved serious results only at the qualifiers for the tournament in Birmingham, where Chimera took 1st place at the open qualification, but the team fell out of the closed qualification in the first round of the lower playoffs.

In addition to qualifying for Chimera, re1bl participated in BetBoom Streamers Battle 5 for Team Nix. Mix got knocked out by Team Stray and finished in 3rd-4th place.
