Chessie is a professional player from Sweden, who before coming to Dota 2 made a name for himself in HoN and even earned the nickname HoN God. However, despite his achievements in his previous game, in Dota, Rasmus balances between tier-1 and tier-2 levels, with his biggest achievement being top-6 The Shanghai Major 2016.
Chessie and his brother Limmp announced their transition to a new discipline in 2014, causing an uproar in the communities of both games. Their stayGreen team lasted about 2 months without winning any important tournaments during that time. Rasmus then temporarily became an Alliance player and played with the champions of The International 2013 at NVIDIA Game 24 and World Cyber Arena 2014, taking bronze in both tournaments. After a break of almost a year, he traveled to America with his brother and Handsken to join compLexity Gaming.
The team played at the dash-2-3 level and never won anything bigger than open qualifications, so at the end of 2019 Rasmus became an OG.Seed player.
With new teammates, he finally managed to play for results: Maincast Winter Brawl and DOTA Summit 12 "silver" and OMG Summer Cup "gold" were not the only achievements of Chessie. When the club closed the division, the player teamed up with Ace, MiSeRy and pieliedie and became a member of 5men. His new team is already top-2 in the OMEGA League: Europe Divine Division, so Rasmus and his teammates can expect great results in the future.
