Xtreme Gaming to skip Esports World Cup 2025
Xtreme Gaming founder Yang Yang Yiqing expressed dissatisfaction with the team's recent results, stating that a team unable to advance from the group stage of DreamLeague Season 26 should not represent the Chinese region at the major championship Riyadh Masters 2025 in Saudi Arabia. If the team officially withdraws, their slot will be taken by another Chinese team, All Gamers Global (formerly Tidebound).
In January 2021, Yang Yang Yiqing founded Xtreme Gaming, but in December 2023, he sold the organization to Ye Yi, after which he established Azure Ray.
Recall that in the group stage of the DreamLeague Season 26, Xtreme Gaming failed to secure a single victory; however, the team managed to qualify for Riyadh Masters 2025 and became champions of FISSURE Special. Nonetheless, major tournaments often end for the team at the group stage.

Xtreme Gaming roster:
Riyadh Masters 2025 will take place from 08.07.2025 to 19.07.2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Sixteen teams will compete for a prize pool of $3,000,000.
As previously reported by CyberScore, the schedule for the Esports World Cup 2025 has been published.
