“We lost and the team no longer wants to play together” - Xakoda announces Cheeki_Breeki disband
Esports player Egor Xakoda Lipartia announced the disband of the Cheeki_Breeki mix due to the team’s poor results in the DreamLeague Season 28 and BLAST SLAM VI qualifiers.
We lost yesterday and were eliminated from the qualifiers. After that, the team decided it didn’t want to continue playing together because of different vibes. So starting tomorrow, I’ll just focus on grinding rank and taking care of myself. Over the past few months, I couldn’t really do that due to my mental state, but I’m not upset this is just the beginning of the year.

It is worth recalling that the Cheeki_Breeki roster was formed at the end of 2025 to compete in tournament qualifiers. In the initial BLAST SLAM VI qualifiers, the team managed to reach the closed stage but failed to secure a spot at the tournament. The roster also performed poorly in the closed qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 28.
The team is unlikely to take part in the upcoming qualifiers for ESL One Birmingham 2026 and PGL Wallachia Season 7.
