PGL Arlington Major 2022: all playoff participants have been determined

PSG.LGD, Outsiders (Virtus.pro), OG and Fnatic qualified for the upper bracket of PGL Dota 2 Major Arlington 2022 from Group A, while Royal Never Give Up and Team Liquid will continue to fight for the title in the lower part of the playoffs. Talon Esports, Thunder Awaken and Soniqs (ex-Quincy Crew) left the tournament.

Earlier Natus Vincere and Tundra Esports were eliminated from the Major after finishing at the bottom of Pool B. Thus, the following pairs were formed in the playoffs:

• PSG.LGD – BOOM Esports;
• Entity Gaming – OG;
• Outsiders – Team Spirit
• Team Aster – Fnatic.

At PGL Dota 2 Major Arlington 2022, which takes place from August 4 to 14, 17 teams compete for $500,000 and 4,570 DPC points. All playoff matches, except for the grand final, will be held in the best-of-3 format. The decisive match will be played according to the best-of-5 scheme.
