Midlaner of the PARIVISION team Vladimir No[o]ne Minenko shared his thoughts on stress in esports, which, according to him, has a serious impact on the nervous system. He emphasized that professional players face immense mental and emotional strain due to constant training and intense tournaments.

Stress is an integral part of esports. Constant gaming, interacting with unpredictable teammates and opponents, and the uncertainty of results require tremendous effort, which is not always visible to the audience. All of this is tough on the nervous system.

Thus, stress in esports remains one of the main challenges for professional players and No[o]ne openly shared his experience, admitting that dealing with it can be very difficult.

I try to work with a psychologist, communicate with family and friends, engage in sports, and read books to stay in shape. But even despite all these efforts, losses still have a significant impact on my emotional state.

It is worth noting that the PARIVISION team skipped PGL Wallachia Season 3, with the main reason being a lack of rest.

Earlier, Cyberscore reported that the Twitch channel EvilArthas was unbanned after 6 years.
