Nix will be covering The International 2025
Content creator Alexander Nix Levin announced on his personal Telegram channel that he will be covering the Esports World Cup 2025 for Counter-Strike 2 and The International 2025.
According to the streamer, he decided to cast TI because he couldn't find a more suitable occupation for this period.
“[Question: ”Why did you decide to cast TI?"] I don't know, I just want to do something. I would be happy not to cast, but I don't know what else to do at the same time. I'm interested in casting TI because I know I'll be watching it anyway. If I'm going to watch it, why not cast it? It's a vicious circle. I don't have any alternatives — anything more interesting to do during that time. If I did, I wouldn't be casting"
Earlier, Nix spoke about The International 2024, calling it the worst tournament in the series. Levin also noted that he does not expect the situation to improve in 2025.
The International 2025 will take place from 04.09.2025 to 14.09.2025 in Hamburg, Germany, with 16 teams participating. The starting prize pool for the event is $1,600,000.
As previously reported by CyberScore, Valve has released a compendium for The International 2025.
