Streamer Alexander Nix Levin said that he is thinking about leaving the sphere of Dota 2. On a personal broadcast, he noted that he is ready to go to a reduction in income in order not to harm his psychological health.

“I've been spinning the thought in my head for the last year that I need to [quit] Dota because I'm done. It's not about Dota, it's about me. I realize what I've been building my whole life, I'm going to have to give it up.

Sometimes you can get to the point that I got to when I was playing. I didn't need any money, I just knew that if I kept playing Dota, I would die psychologically. When you get to that point, there's not even a question [of quitting]”

Nix is now hosting the community cast The International 2024. The tournament takes place September 4-15 in Copenhagen, Denmark. There are 16 teams competing in the championship. The prize pool of the event is more than $2 million.

As CyberScore reported earlier, the results of the third game day of The International 2024 have been summarized.
