Nix compared Dota 2 and CS 2

Famous streamer and media personality Alexander Nix Levin compared the spectacularity of Dota 2 and Counter-Strike 2. The former cybersportsman made an analogy with soccer and basketball, talking about the dynamism of sports. The content-maker shared his thoughts in Eugene Aunkere Karjata's vlog on the YouTube platform.

All this happened against the backdrop of the first Nix coverage of a CS 2 tournament in his career. When asked if there is a significant difference between Dota 2 and Counter Strike, the streamer said that if you compare it to classic sports, Dota is like soccer, and CS is like basketball.

I think because CS is more dynamic, it looks like basketball. I mean there's constantly something going on, round after round, clutch after clutch. And Dota is like soccer. Players can play pass, 60 minutes nothing happens, and then some goal or moment will happen.

Nix added that from his point of view CS is better than Dota because in CS 2 there are constantly interesting moments, and in "Dota" he has time to discuss some long topics when nothing happens on the map.
