Valve released patch 7.35: new abilities for Terzatel and Roshan

On the night of December 15, Valve released patch 7.35, where they drastically redesigned the normal and neutral items. Some have been removed, and some have returned. It's worth noting that the patch was released 4 hours before the start of the Lower Bracket playoff matches at ESL One: Kuala Lumpur 2023.

Tormentor and Roshan have new abilities, also Tormentor can't have less than 0 armor now to avoid abuses with Dazzle couriers.

General changes:

• Tormentor now cannot have less than 0 armor;
• Tormentor has a new ability: The Shining. It deals 6 damage every 0.2 seconds (30 damage per second), distributing it equally to all creatures within a 1200 radius;
  Roshan has a new ability: Roar of Retribution. If Roshan has less than 80% health and is attacked by the hero that killed him last time, Roshan lets out a map-wide roar, dealing damage to all creatures in a 900 radius and increasing their damage by 25%. Starting damage: 50. Damage increase per minute: 10. Effect duration: 8 seconds. Recharge: 20 seconds;
• Added a new Roshan item: Roshan's Banner. Sets a banner anywhere on the map for 5 minutes. A line creep (swordsman, mage or catapult) that passes within 750 radius of the banner will receive +75% health and +50% damage for 45 seconds. The banner can be destroyed by six hero attacks (creep attacks count as 1/4 hero attack). The item is consumed when used. The enemy team is notified when the banner is placed. The effects of multiple banners do not add up. Reward for destroying a banner: 200 gold;
• After the second and subsequent deaths, Roshan now drops Cheese if killed on the side of Light, or Roshan's Banner if killed on the side of Darkness;
• Now after the third and subsequent deaths, Roshan drops Refresher Shard if killed on the side of Light, or Aghanim's Blessing if killed on the side of Darkness.

Item Changes:

RING OF TARRASQUE (item has returned to the game):

• This is now a staple item sold in the secret shop. Cost: 1800 gold.

TIARA OF SELEMENE (new item):

• The main item sold in the secret shop. Cost: 1800 gold.

KHANDA (new item):

• Collected from Crystalys (2000 gold), Phylactery (2400 gold), and a recipe (600 gold). Total cost: 5000 gold;
  Gives +50 to damage, +200 to health, +200 to mana, and +8 to all attributes;
  Passive: Critical Strike. Each attack can deal 160% damage with a 30% chance.

PARASMA (new item):

• Assembled from Witch Blade (2775 gold) and Mystic Staff (2800 gold). Total cost: 5575 gold;
  Gives +45 to Intelligence, +40 to Attack Speed, +8 to Armor, and +300 to Attack Projectile Rate;
  Passive: Magic Corruption. All of your attacks reduce the victim's magic resistance by 20% for 4 seconds.

Heroes Changes:

Slardar:

SLITHEREEN CRUSH:

• Radius reduced from 350 to 325;

TALENTS:

• Level 20 talent: Slithereen Crush damage bonus reduced from 150 to 125;
• Level 25 Talent: Slithereen Crush cooldown reduction weakened from 4 seconds to 3 seconds.

Spirit Breaker:

BULLDOZE:

• Movement speed bonus reduced from 10/15/20/25% to 8/12/16/20%;

TALENTS:

• Level 20 Talent: "+25% to Greater Bash damage" replaced with "+17% to the chance of Greater Bash triggering";
• Level 20 Talent: "+200 to Charge of Darkness's extra burst speed" has been replaced by "Bulldoze's 400 Health Barrier";
• Level 25 Talent: "+20% chance of Greater Bash" has been replaced by "+25% chance of Greater Bash damage";
• Level 25 Talent: "Barrier with 500 health from Bulldoze" has been replaced by "+200 to Charge of Darkness' extra speed on burst".

Wraith King:

REINCARNATION:

• Recharge increased from 180/140/100 seconds to 180/150/120 seconds;
• Bonus to the number of skeletons with Aghanim's Shard reduced from 3 to 2;
• The cooldown reduction from Aghanim's Scepter is weakened from 30 seconds to 15 seconds.

TALENTS:

• Level 15 talent: Skeleton damage bonus reduced from 26 to 23;
• Level 20 Talent: bonus to minimum number of skeletons reduced from 6 to 5;
• Level 20 Talent: bonus to slicing damage increased from 25% to 35%.
