DreamLeague Season 22: the most popular heroes

The second stage of the group stage at DreamLeague Season 22 starts today. Now we can summarize the results of the first stage, which is what the tournament organizers did by preparing statistics of the most popular heroes at the event.

In Group A the most popular heroes were Mirana, Mars and Tiny, they were picked 24, 23 and 21 times respectively. At the same time in Group B the situation is similar, the only difference is Rubick instead of Mars, Tiny was picked 23 times, Rubick 20 times and Mirana - 19 times. At the same time, the heroes' winrates are as follows: Tiny - 50%, Mirana - 58.14%, Mars - 61.11% and Rubick with the lowest win percentage of 47.22%.

Speaking of winrates, ESL also shared the top ten most victorious heroes of the first stage of the group stage.

The hero with the highest win percentage was Faceless Void, with 12 games played on him, 9 of them were victorious, which means that his winrate reached 75%. Next is probably the most meta hero of the patch, Puck, with 34 games played, his win rate was 68%. The top three is closed by Batrider, his win rate reached 67%, which is 11% more than it was at the DreamLeague Season 22 qualification.

The next four positions were taken by the Supports: Primal Beast, Vengeful Spirit, Keeper Of The Light and Grimstroke. Their winrates reached 67%, and the most popular of them was Primal Beast, who was picked 18 times.

In eighth place with a 63% win rate was Naga Siren, which was picked 19 times, and 12 of those games were victorious. Another Support Elder Titan with the same 63% win rate was selected 16 times and won 10 of those games. Closing the top ten is Anti Mage, who was played only 8 times during the tournament, but his winrate reached 63%. For example, Xtreme Gaming 's Carry Wang Ame Chunyu playing for Anti Mage managed to win on the first map in a match against Team Liquid, managing to beat Liquid 's Carry Michael m1CKe Wu by 10,000 on networth.

DreamLeague Season 22 is an online tournament that runs from February 25 to March 10. It involves 16 teams that will play for a prize pool of 1 million dollars and 18550 ESL Pro Tour ranking points. On March 1, the second stage of the group stage began, with Xtreme Gaming, BetBoom Team, Gaimin Gladiators, Shopify Rebellion, OG, Team Spirit, Team Falcons and Aurora Gaming remaining.
