Monkey Business return to the pro scene - revival of a legendary stack
Esports players Topias Topson Taavitsainen, Johan N0tail Sundstein and Sébastien Ceb Debs have reunited under the Monkey Business stack to compete at EPL Championship 1. At the moment, the team is playing in the first round of the playoffs and will face the stack led by Ilya ALOHADANCE Korobkin tomorrow.
Previously, roster planned to compete at the "Games of the Future 2025", but withdrew after the tournament’s politicization became public. The team is also playing practice matches, with Topson and Ceb streaming the entire process on their Twitch channels.
The first Monkey Business stack appeared back in 2015. Its roster included Amer Miracle- Al-Barkawi, Johan N0tail Sundstein, Andreas Cr1t- Frank Nielsen and other top players.
The team quickly made a name for itself and was soon signed by OG Esports, which later won The Frankfurt Major 2015, The Manila Major 2016 and other tier-1 tournaments.
Over time, the roster changed multiple times, and in 2018 OG won The International. The following year, the team repeated its success by winning The International 2019, becoming the first organization to claim the championship title two years in a row.

It is worth noting that several players from the current Monkey Business roster have barely appeared on the professional scene recently. Topson ended his career in September 2024, while Ceb, N0tail and Indji shad Lub played for OG Esports last year, but the team disbanded after a few months. Axel Pablo Kallman spent almost all of 2025 playing in the Zero Tenacity stack, competing in tier-2 and tier-3 tournaments.
Ahead are the qualifiers for PGL Wallachia Season 7, but it remains unclear whether the team will take part, as Monkey Business skipped the previous qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 28, BLAST Slam VI and ESL One Birmingham 2026.
