Former Shopify Rebellion offlaner Mark mangekyou Kharlamov was the first pro player to break the 17,000 MMR mark. He shared the achievement on his personal channel in Telegram.

Previously, a Dota 2 account with 19,000 MMR appeared on the leaderboard, but that result was achieved through wintrading. At the moment, mangekyou holds only 2nd place on the leaderboard, trailing an account suspected of abusing the ranking system.

As CyberScore previously reported, Yatoro became the second player in the world to reach 16,000 MMR.
