"We had just found our game, and then a patch came out", — Team Falcons midlaner
Team Falcons midlaner Stanislav Malr1ne Potorak commented on his team’s elimination from ESL One Birmingham 2026. The player shared his thoughts on the team’s current form and the reasons behind the disappointing result.
We got eliminated. It’s very sad. I’d say we had just found our game, and then a patch came out. In the end, the team that adapts best always wins. We couldn’t adapt. We had just started to figure out how to play.
Malr1ne also spoke about health issues after the tournament and a difficult flight home:
I got sick at ESL. I’m dealing with some complications now. I was flying all day, almost 24 hours and only slept for about 3 hours. I’ll recover and keep training at the same time to improve. We need to be ready for the DreamLeague Season 29 qualifiers.

Team Falcons finished their run at ESL One Birmingham 2026 in 7-8th place, losing to PARIVISION in the first round of the lower bracket of the Playoff stage. During the group stage, the team managed to win 3 out of 9 series. The tournament was won by Tundra Esports.
Falcons’ next appearance will be at the closed qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 29, which start on April 12.
