ESL shared details of the upcoming EPT 2025/2026 season
Tournament operator ESL has published the total prize pool, dates for qualifiers and events, and additional information about competitions for the upcoming ESL Pro Tour season.
The upcoming EPT season includes a packed schedule of events with the introduction of DreamLeague Division 2.
“One thing that we wanted to focus on ahead of the next ESL Pro Tour season is tier 2 scene development, creating more paths for pros just starting out to get a taste of the future ahead of them and more opportunities for them to receive financial security in pursuing their dreams.”
Invitations for teams to DreamLeague Division 2 will be based on their performance in the DreamLeague Season 27 qualifiers, as well as other recent tournaments.
Direct invitations to DreamLeague Season 27 will go to the teams that performed best at TI and EWC, participants in the eight regional qualifiers, and the top teams from DreamLeague Division 2 Stage 1 and Stage 2.
“Due to changes in the ecosystem, this tournament format is currently under review, and will be communicated before DreamLeague Season 27 begins.”
Invitations to DreamLeague Season 28 and ESL One Europe will be given to teams from the top 6 of the ESL Pro Tour Leaderboard and the best teams from 10 regional qualifiers.
As previously reported by CyberScore, Esports Nations Cup 2026 has been announced — a championship for national teams with a prize pool of $70,000,000.
