Dota 2 Patch 7.41b released — main changes
Just under two weeks after the release of patch 7.41a, Valve has released another update aimed at improving the game's balance—7.41b.
There was only one general change to the game: Tormentor`s reflection per minute decreased from 2% to 1.5%.
Among items, Black King Bar, Consecrated Wraps, and Mage Slayer have been nerfed, while Gleipnir, Heaven's Halberd, and Helm of the Overlord have been buffed. The developers have also nerfed all items that provided a health restoration bonus, including the enchantment Crude.

Most hero changes involve minor adjustments to their stats. Only a few changes are worth noting:
Drow Ranger
- While on the glacier, Marksmanship now can be disabled by enemies in the proximity.
Invoker
- Invoke now grants Invoker an additional Ability Point at hero levels 6, 12, and 18.
Meepo
- Max Health and Max Mana bonuses from items are now penalized by the number of Meepos (like other item bonuses).
- No longer shares cooldowns of Town Portal Scrolls.
Phoenix
- Aghanim's Shard: Sun Ray no longer slows affected enemies by 10%.
Chaos Knight
- Phantasm cooldown increased from 75s to 85/80/75s
- Number of Phantasms increased from 1/2/3 to 3
- Phantasm Damage decreased from 100% to 50/75/100%
