Cybercats has conducted investigation concerning Alberkaaa's participation in match fixing

The eSports organization cybercats has conducted investigation in regard of the team's carry Albert 'Alberkaaa' Chernoivanov after the release of a video by the well-known blogger Morf, in which the latter told about the existence of a group organizing Dota 2 matches with pre-determined results. The cybercats management came to the conclusion that the player did not violate the principles of fair play.

The main claim against Albert in the Morf video was the participation of cybercats' carry in the Neon League tournament, which was created specifically for match fixing. According to Anton Monetin, one of the organizers of the event, 3Snake's stack, which featured Alberkaaa, was created only to make it look like a serious tournament.

However, this team never participated in Neon League, and Alberkaaa himself did not assemble this lineup and knows no more than two players from it. It is also worth noting that Monetin stressed that even if the latter took part in the tournament, he would play to win. This approach suited the organizer himself, since the presence of Albert at the event would be a huge boost and a sign that it is legit.

The second claim was the accusation of cheating, namely the use of an observer. In their statement, representatives of cybercats also provided a screenshot of the correspondence, which shows that Alberkaaa refused to use this cheat.

The esportsman himself also did not stand aside and commented on the situation on his social networks. He noted that because of the Morf's video, his reputation as a player would suffer, but he would never ever receive a ban, because he had never participated in match fixing and had not used any kind of prohibited software.
