BLAST Slam I: final statistics of the tournament
On December 1 BLAST Slam I has ended, the winner of which was BetBoom Team. CyberScore has summarized the final statistics of the championship for you.
Due to the specifics of the event format, not many games were played at the tournament (only 45) and the players did not have time to surprise with a wide variety of strategies, but mainly chose the strongest characters in the current meta.
The most effective was Dragon Knight. He became one of the most popular characters, and also has the highest winrate, among the characters on which played more than 10 games and is in the top-3 bans.
Earth Spirit, which is very popular in matchmaking at high MMR, as a midlaner, on the pro scene was not so strong. Only won 2 games out of 11 on him.
Ignored at the tournament were 38 characters: Abaddon, Anti-Mage, Arc Warden, Axe, Bane, Clinkz, Dark Seer, Dazzle, Faceless Void, Grimstroke, Io, Juggernaut, Kunkka, Legion Commander, Leshrac, Lone Druid, Luna, Marci, Mirana, Night Stalker, Omniknight, Oracle, Outworld Destroyer, Phantom Assassin, Phantom Lancer, Pudge, Riki, Silencer, Skywrath Mage, Spirit Breaker, Tinker, Treant Protector, Troll Warlord, Vengeful Spirit, Warlock, Windranger, Winter Wyvern and Witch Doctor (not including Ringmaster and Kez who are not available in Captains Mode yet), and the best KDA and GPM/XPM was BetBoom Team's midlaner and carry : Danil gpk Skutin and Ivan Pure Moskalenko respectively.
BLAST Slam I took place from November 26 to December 1 in the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen. 10 teams took part in the championship. The prize fund of the event amounted to $1,000,000.
