BB Team and Aurora eliminated from The International 2024
Team Falcons defeated BetBoom Team at the lower bracket at The International 2024, while Xtreme Gaming defeated Aurora. The losing teams finished in 7th-8th place.
On the second map against Falcons, BB Team was close to equalizing the score, but the players made a mistake while entering the highground and lost their chances to continue their journey at the tournament. The Xtreme Gaming - Aurora series was pretty similar to the first one: an easy first map and a long second map, but also without a comeback.
Team Falcons and Xtreme Gaming advanced to the next round, where they will fight for the top-4 of the tournament.
The International 2024 takes place from September 4-15 in Copenhagen, Denmark. There are 16 teams competing at the championship. The prize pool of the event is more than $2 million.
