Bio
Samu MTD Hautala is a finnish professional player who plays at the second position.
He started building his career in 2015, and appeared on the professional scene in 2018 as a member of Womberers at the qualifiers for The International 2018. In 2019, Samu participated in various tournaments, such as the IeSF World Championship 2019 as part of Team Finland, where he took third place, and later participated in weekly tournaments from DreamHack, where he occasionally reached the finals. In 2020, he joined Astronauts and placed in the top three at Epulze Global League Season 1: Europe - Division 1, as well as being a finalist at Epulze Monthly Cup Europe June 2020 and placing first at Lantrek 2021.
In the summer of 2021, MTD joined Ghost frogs and participated in DreamLeague Season 15. The following year he joined Chillax and qualified for DreamLeague Season 16. Later the squad was signed by DGG Esports, under whose banners the guys went to the DPC WEU 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division II, taking third place. With the same team Samu tried his luck in the qualifiers for The International 2022, but after an unsuccessful performance he left the team. In the same year, he joined Ancient Tribe and received an invitation to the Xmas Show.
