Player Xxs from from Xtreme Gaming Dota 2
Bio
Lin Xxs Jing is a Chinese Dota 2 player who plays the Midlaner and Hardliner positions. He was the champion of Dota 2 Asia Championships 2017 and StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3. His main characters are considered to be Batrider and Legion Commander.
Xxs cybersports career started in 2015 when he played for Team DK in various positions. After several unsuccessful attempts, he moved to iG.Vitality, where he started playing the Midlaner position. He then moved to Invictus Gaming, where he played in the third position.
In more than two years spent at Invictus Gaming, Xxs became known as a tier 1 player who helped his team win the National Electronic Arena 2016 and Dota 2 Asia Championships 2017, as well as placing 3-4 at The Kiev Major 2017 and The International 2017. In the 2017-2018 season, when Lin returned to the number one position, it had a negative impact on Invictus Gaming's results, with the team getting to the majors less and less often, and finishing in last place at The International 2018. In September 2018, Xxs moved to Team Aster.
As part of the new team, Xxs regularly finished in last place at tournaments from Valve, and at the qualification for The International 2019, the Chinese team finished in fifth place. In the 2019-2020 season, Xxs and his team continued to underperform at majors, but won gold at StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3. Immediately after the tournament, the era of online competition began. During this period, Team Aster regularly placed in local tournaments and cemented their title as a tier one team in China. In 2021, with the start of the new DPC season, Xxs and his team performed well at the championships in China (silver in Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 1 - China Upper Division and gold in Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 2 - China: Upper Division, i-League 2021 and i-League 2021 Season 2), but underperformed at international competitions (9th-12th place at ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021 and WePlay AniMajor, 13-16th place at The International 2021).
In 2022, on the other hand, Xxs`s team had decent results, finishing 3rd at PGL Arlington Major 2022, 2nd at ESL One Malaysia 2022 and 4th at The International 2022. Unfortunately, 2023 was not as successful, with the squad finishing 9th-12th at Bali Major 2023 and failing to qualify for The International 2023. After that Xxs moves to Azure Ray.
Together with the new team Lin participates in ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023, where he takes the 1st place, it was the first victory of the player at a tournament of this level. After the success in Malaysia, Xxs, and two other players from the Azure Ray roster, are signed by Xtreme Gaming.
