Tan Salad Xiaolei is a professional Dota 2 player at the position of seven-sapper. In March 2023, he received a 2-year lockout from Valve and Perfect World due to foul play.

He started his career in 2017 for Newbee.M, where he finished 2nd place at OverPower Cup China #1 and won his first prize money. In 2018, he moved to Newbee.Young, where he reached 3rd place at Dota2 Professional League 2018 S1: Secondary. In September, the organization moved Salad to Mr. Game Boy to more experienced players so that there he could improve his skill and expand the pool of heroes. The team reached the finals at AMD Dota 2 Pro Series 2018, placed in the top 4 at China Dota2 Winter Cup, and finished 3rd at Sanya DOTA2 New-Stars Play 2018. In April 2019, Tan heads back to Newbee.Young and wins at the Feng Ye Professional Invitational Season 1, and in addition, takes silver at the Betway Dota 2 Asia League Season 1.

In May 2019, the squad left the Newbee organization and registered a brand new team - Typhoon E-Sports Club. The guys became finalists of RedRain Cup Season 2 and won at China Dota2 Development League Season 1. In 2020 Salad started playing for LBZS, with which he won Moon Studio Mid-Autumn League, Perfect World Dota2 League Season 2 - Division B, Moon Studio Carnival Cup and Perfect World Dota2 League Season 3 - Division B, as well as took 2nd place at Perfect World Dota2 League Season 1 - Division B during the year. In 2021, the team qualified for Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 1 - China Upper Division, but after finishing in 8th place the guys went to the lower division, where they finished in 2nd place and returned to Division 1. Also this year, the guys won at the Moon Studio New Year Showdown, Top Clans 2021 Winter Invitational and Moon Studio Snow League. In 2022 at the DPC CN 2021/22 Tour 2: Division I, the squad finished in last place and were sent to Division 2, where they failed to get out in the next round, finishing in 4th place.

In December, Salad left LBZS and joined EHOME, where he finished 4th at DPC CN 2023 Tour 1: Division I and advanced to The Lima Major 2023, where he placed last in the standings. In March 2023, Valve published a list of players it had partnered with Perfect World to ban for foul play. Salad was suspended for 2 years and the ban was applied to all EHOME players, after which the organization left Dota 2.
