The European Pro League World Series America Season Five is a competition designed for teams from South and North America. This tournament features ten teams that will be able to compete for a total prize pool of 10,000 USD.

- Eight teams are seeded into group stage
- Two teams are seeded into playoffs
Group Stage – June 19 - July 5, 2023
- One group of ten teams
- Single round-robin
- All matches are Bo3
- 2–0 awards winner 3 points
- 2–1 awards winner 2 points and loser 1 point
- Top four teams proceed to upper bracket round 1 of the playoffs
- 5th and 6th teams proceed to the lower bracket
- Remaining teams are eliminated
