Sergey Glamazda steps down as CEO of PARI Esports
Manager Sergey F1y1eaf Glamazda has officially confirmed that he has stepped down from the position of CEO of PARI Esports. He announced this on his social media accounts.
I am not joining another esports organization and remain a supporter of PARIVISION. Everything is in order with the team, and the project is in reliable hands. I decided to focus on game development and continue along this path. This is a personal decision with no hidden reasons, simply a desire to explore new horizons.
It is worth noting that Sergey left the organization back in December last year, indicating in his portfolio that he was no longer an employee of the company. Since January of this year, he has been serving as CEO of TRUE LABS, a studio specializing in slot game development.

Sergey Glamazda headed PARI Esports from October 2023. The company is a partner of PARIVISION, which during this period won several tier-one Dota 2 tournaments, including ESL One Raleigh 2025, ESL One Bangkok 2024 and DreamLeague Season 26. In addition, the club became the champion of BLAST Bounty Winter 2026 in Counter-Strike 2.
Previously, Sergey Glamazda served as general manager of Virtus.pro, where he worked from January 2020 until mid-2022. Under his leadership, the club formed its second roster, VP.Prodigy, aimed at developing young players.
The new head of PARI’s esports division is Zhanna Khodyachikh, who previously held the position of head of esports influencer marketing. Evgeny Lugovsky has been appointed executive director, while Ruslan Medved will continue to serve as CEO of PARI and will remain responsible for key decision-making.
Earlier, Cyberscore reported that 1WIN Team had introduced two new players.
