On July 31, PGL announced the list of ten invited participants for PGL Wallachia Season 2. The official information appeared on the tournament operator's Twitter.

Also, the organizers announced that open qualification will be from August 9 to 12, while closed qualification will be from August 14 to 17. Registration for the open qualification tournament started today.
PGL Wallachia Season 2 will be held from October 4 to 13 in Bucharest. 16 teams will take part in the championship. The prize pool of the event will be $1,000,000.
