Peruvian roster undergoes changes - the team replaces two players

The support player of the Peruvian stack Looking for Org, Farith Matthew Puente, stated during a stream that Jose Leonardo Panda Padilla Hernandez is no longer part of the team, and his replacement is Brazilian player Rodrigo Lelis Santos, who had previously already played for the roster.

At first, I went to Peru to play with Lelis and Illich, but for personal reasons Illich was unable to give one hundred percent. Because of that, Lelis effectively stepped away from the team, and we started looking for a player for the position five role, eventually deciding to play with Panda. However, when Lelis became a free agent again, I immediately informed the team.

Matthew noted that Panda was playing well and that there were no conflicts between them, but personally he feels more comfortable playing with Rodrigo Santos. According to him, Lelis compensates his in-game mistakes better, has stronger game vision, and makes calmer calls. He also added that the decision to remove Hernandez from the team was a difficult one.

When Lelis told me he was free again, I immediately decided to bring him back into the roster. The team also believed that this would be better in the long run. Honestly, it was a terrible move, I apologized to Panda, but I told him the truth: I feel more comfortable playing with Lelis.

Panda spent less than a week in the Looking for Org roster and managed to play four matches in the DreamLeague Season 28 qualifiers, where the team lost to Heroic and missed out on qualification for the tournament. At the same time, he also helped the team reach the closed qualifiers of ESL One Birmingham 2026.

Despite being kicked from the team, Hernandez quickly found a new roster New Growth, with whom he will compete in the tournament qualifiers.

A few days ago, it also became known that offlaner Mario Illich Romero Valdivia left the roster, and his place was taken by Pablo Cesar Vitaly Angulo Roman, who previously played for Edge, Mosquito Clan and beastcoast.

The next matches for the updated Looking for Org roster will be the ESL One Birmingham 2026 qualifiers, where the team will face another Peruvian stack, Estar_backs, in the first round.

The closed qualifiers for ESL One Birmingham 2026 will take place from 16.01.2026 to 20.01.2026, except for the Chinese region, which will play from 30.01.2026 to 01.02.2026. The main tournament will be held from 22.03.2026 to 29.03.2026, where 16 teams will compete for a prize pool of $1,000,000 and 35,460 EPT points.
