The final day of the playoffs at DreamLeague Division 2 Season 4 has come to an end, and it’s time to summarize the results.

SA Rejects demolished Nigma Galaxy in the tournament’s grand final, securing a decisive 3-0 victory. The match result was quite unexpected. Nigma Galaxy looked like a formidable opponent: before facing the Peruvians in the grand final, the team hadn’t lost a single map in the tournament — they had an 18-game winning streak.

During the draft, Nigma tried to pressure SA Rejects offlaner Frank Frank Ayala, but he still managed to find heroes he was comfortable with. At the same time, the signature heroes that NG ended up with did nothing to help them stop the South American team, which had been in excellent form throughout the tournament. It should be noted that SA Rejects also performed well at PGL Wallachia Season 8, where they competed alongside DreamLeague: the team reached the top 6 and lost to one of the favorites, Team Liquid.

As a reminder, both finalists earned a slot in DreamLeague Season 29, where they will begin their run on May 13.

In Group A, Nigma Galaxy, without losing a single map, advanced to the upper bracket of the playoffs, with Nemiga Gaming, Rune Eaters, and 1WIN Team. MODUS and Team Lynx will begin their run in the lower bracket, while Roar Gaming and Ivory Team have been eliminated from the tournament.

Group B

In Group B, SA Rejects secured a spot in the “winners” bracket by finishing first; they also advanced to the playoffs at PGL Wallachia Season 8, where they are competing simultaneously. Zero Tenacity, Breeki Cheeki, and Power Rangers also advanced to the playoffs. ALIS VENTORUS and L1GA TEAM ended up in the lower bracket, while Estar Backs and BTC Gaming were eliminated from the championship.

Nigma Galaxy, 1WIN Team, and Power Rangers have secured spots in the upper bracket semifinals. Breeki Cheeki, Rune Eaters, and SA Rejects, which won today's match at PGL Wallachia Season 8, have fallen to the lower bracket.

Day 2

The second day of the Playoff stage at DreamLeague Division 2 Season 4 has concluded, and we summarize its results.

In the upper bracket, Zero Tenacity defeated Nemiga Gaming and advanced to face Nigma Galaxy, who remain undefeated in the tournament.

Nemiga, in turn, dropped to the lower bracket, where they lost to L1GA Team and were eliminated from the tournament.

Additionally, Ivan OneJey Zhivitsky’s team Cheeki Breeki, after a tough first map against MODUS, managed to recover and secure the series victory. The second and third maps ended in under 30 minutes, which is considered a fast pace in patch 7.41b.

Day 3

Nigma Galaxy continues their run without a single loss. Today, the team defeated Zero Tenacity 2-0 and advanced to the upper bracket final.

It is worth noting that Cedric Davai Lama Deckmyn returned to the roster today after taking a break due to the birth of his child.

Meanwhile, in the lower bracket, Team Lynx eliminated Rune Eaters, while South American Rejects confidently defeated ALIS VENTURUS and moved forward.

Day 4

1WIN Team defeated Power Rangers in the match to secure a spot in the upper bracket final, where they will now face Nigma Galaxy, while PR will play in the lower bracket elimination match against L1GA Team, who knocked Breeki Cheeki out of the tournament today.

Day 5

SA Rejects knocked Team Lynx out of the tournament and will face Zero Tenacity in the lower bracket quarterfinals, while Power Rangers, which eliminated L1GA TEAM today, will face the winner of that match in the lower bracket semifinals.

Day 6

SA Rejects knocked Zero Tenacity out of the tournament and will face Power Rangers in the lower bracket semifinals. Meanwhile, Nigma Galaxy defeated 1WIN Team in the upper bracket final, securing a spot in the grand final and a slot at DreamLeague Season 29.

Day 7

SA Rejects, which began the tournament concurrently with PGL Wallachia Season 8, secured two convincing victories today over Power Rangers and 1WIN Team in the lower bracket, earning a spot in the grand final and a slot in DreamLeague Season 29, which, according to the team’s manager, was the squad’s primary goal. Tomorrow, SA Rejects will face off against Nigma Galaxy in the championship match.

Tournament format:

DreamLeague Division 2 Season 4 — an online Dota 2 tournament taking place from 19.04.2026 to 01.05.2026. Sixteen teams are competing for a $50,000 prize pool, as well as two slots in DreamLeague Season 29.

The tournament began with a group stage, which was held in a Round Robin format with two groups of eight teams each. Based on the results, the top four teams from each group advanced to the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the teams that finished in 5th and 6th place began their run in the main stage in the lower bracket, and the rest were eliminated from the competition.

All matches in DreamLeague Division 2 Season 4 are played in a Bo3 format, except for the Bo5 grand final. The playoff bracket is double-elimination.
