DM on PVISION’s TI14 run: “We could have played better, but the main thing is the team stayed together”

PARIVISION offlaner Dmitry DM Dorokhin, speaking in an interview during the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 2 LAN in Belgrade, discussed the team’s performance at The International 2025, the team atmosphere, and plans for the new season.

According to the player, PARIVISION were close to advancing further at TI14, but in the decisive series against Xtreme Gaming the team made several mistakes.

I think we didn’t press our advantage enough, especially in the decisive series. In some moments we made less-than-ideal decisions because it’s a major event—there’s pressure. We just made a series of wrong calls in the second and third games

DM noted that inexperience was not a decisive factor, as most players had already competed on LAN: the TI atmosphere felt familiar. Even though it was a world-championship debut for three of his teammates, the team showed a high level of play and finished in the top three.

Dorokhin added that the team has maintained a positive atmosphere and mutual trust. That’s why the roster decided against making changes after the tournament.

We agreed right away: if nothing exceptional comes up, we’ll keep moving forward with the same lineup. That’s what we arrived at after talking it through

In Dorokhin’s words, the TI result was not a failure for PVISION but an experience that will help them grow stronger. After a short break in Europe and returning home, he’s ready to compete again.

The player emphasized that next season the team will focus on key tournaments rather than playing every single event, to maintain a balance between workload and preparation.

We chose an interesting strategy—not to play absolutely everything. We’ll finish this tournament, rest, then Wallachia. We’ll see how it affects us

PARIVISION roster:
