Azure Ray disbands Dota 2 roster

The Chinese club Azure Ray has announced the disbandment of its Dota 2 roster. The statement was published on the organization’s official social media pages.

Ahead of the regional qualifiers for The International 2025, the team had undergone a full rebuild, bringing in some of the most notable players from the Chinese pro scene. However, the roster failed to qualify, losing in the lower bracket.

The Chinese slot for The International 2025 went to Xtreme Gaming, featuring Wang Ame Chunyu. In addition, the region will also be represented at the tournament by All Gamers Global (Tidebound), who received a direct invite.

Azure Ray roster:

The International 2025 will be held from 04.09.2025 to 14.09.2025 in Hamburg, Germany, featuring 16 teams.
