20Twice disqualified from EPL Season 32 - organization announces shutdown
The organizers of European Pro League 32 announced on their official Telegram channel that the team 20Twice had been disqualified from the tournament. The reason was suspicion of match-fixing, based on reports from bookmakers and internal disciplinary analysis.
The team 20Twice was disqualified from EPL Season 32 due to suspected match-fixing, supported by bookmaker reports and internal investigation.
During their participation in the current championship, the team managed to defeat NAVI Junior and Inner Circle with a 2:0 score, but later lost twice with the same “clean” score. After these defeats, the tournament organizers announced the disqualification of 20Twice.
The team also competed in the previous season - European Pro League 31 where they managed to place 5th in the tournament.
Shortly after the announcement, 20Twice released an official statement declaring the complete shutdown of the organization and the disbanding of its Dota 2 roster. Representatives of the club noted that the decision was difficult, and all players have now become free agents.
Dear fans! The organization is ceasing its operations. This is a difficult decision for us. All players become free agents. Thank you to everyone who was with us — you are forever part of our history.
20Twice was founded at the beginning of 2025, signing its first full roster. However, by late August the club decided to release the lineup. A month later, 20Twice introduced an updated roster to compete in qualifiers for major tournaments of the new season, but the team failed to reach any event. The only competitions they participated in were the tournaments of the European Pro League series.
At the moment, it is unknown whether the players will continue their careers elsewhere or if the organization might return in the future.
European Pro League Season 32 is taking place from 03.11.2025 to 17.11.2025 in an online format. The tournament features 12 teams competing for a $20,000 prize pool.
