Bio
Ginmar "Palos" P. Lamatao is a professional Dota 2 player from the Philippines.
Palos began his career in 2019, joining the Filipino organization Sterling Global Dragons, where he played under their tag for four months. In September of the same year, Ginmar became a player for Execration and soon participated in a number of tier-3 tournaments. In October 2020, he left the team due to a string of unsatisfactory results. Palos then joined Vice Esports, where he competed in several small local competitions and the regional DPC league.
In February 2021, the Filipino player reconnected with the familiar Execration lineup, playing as the carry for the team over the next six months. Together with the team, Ginmar participated in tournaments such as WePlay AniMajor, BTS Pro Series Season 7: Southeast Asia, and others. In September 2021, Execration announced the end of their collaboration with Palos. He then spent some time playing for several teams, including BOOM Esports and Neon Esports, but did not achieve significant success with any of them.
In February 2022, Ginmar "Palos" P. Lamatao once again reunited with the Execration squad. The roster soon secured gold at the BTS Pro Series Season 13: Southeast Asia, finished second at the Asia Pacific Predator League 2022 and the BTS Pro Series Season 12: Southeast Asia, and also competed in the qualifiers for The International 2022. Furthermore, the Filipino esports athlete stood in as a substitute for Fnatic at ESL One Malaysia 2022.
